who am i ?
I live in Lake Macquarie and have four children, and my life is deeply grounded in both connection and nature.Outside of my professional role, you’ll often find me in the garden, spending time in the bush, or by the ocean walking my dog.—whether that’s a quiet day immersed in nature, time spent in my old van, music played loud or stillness embraced.I’m naturally curious and bring a playful, down-to-earth energy into my work, while also deeply respecting the importance of safety, trust, and genuine connection. I have a strong interest in human behaviour, energy, and the complexities of the mind, and I’m continually learning and evolving in both my personal and professional life.I also value solitude and the space it creates for clarity and insight—something I encourage clients to explore in their own way. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and real world.
Passion & drives
I’m deeply passionate about mentoring, facilitating workshops, and speaking at events . I value sharing insight and wisdom in a way that feels real, accessible.
Empowerment sits at the core of everything I do. Through my own life experience, I’ve come to understand that knowledge truly is power—the power to embrace who we are, explore new possibilities, evolve through challenges, and envision a different future.I believe that everyone should have access to deeper understanding, should they choose to seek it. I’m proud of the milestones I’ve achieved, and I’m equally committed to sharing what I’ve learned along the way. Those “aha” moments—the ones that shift perspective and create real change—are what I aim to offer, because they have the potential to transform not only how we think, but how we heal, grow, and live.
